Dongfang Boiler Group (China) has unveiled the 50MW CSP HAMI solar plant, developed based on the STELLIO heliostat technology owned by “sbp sonne” and “Masermic.” The HAMI solar plant boasts 15,000 heliostats. Masermic is involved in the design, supply, and commissioning of heliostat control equipment, the hardware/software system of the solar field communication network, the power grid of the solar field, and the operation, monitoring, and maintenance software of the solar field. Generation tests have been conducted, and operation is expected to commence in December 2021.
