The motivation behind the ADASYS project is to develop an ADAS system to enhance safety in non-conventional vehicles in controlled environments and reduce accidents involving large vehicles in urban areas.
Through this project, Masermic aims to develop a multipurpose HW/SW platform for video capture to execute artificial vision algorithms with Deep Learning capabilities for ADAS applications supporting non-conventional vehicles.
For the development of this project, Masermic has received funding for its ADASYS Research and Development project through SPRI and CDTI, funding co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) 2014-2020.
